The Grand Forks / East Grand Forks MPO is holding an open house at the Empire Arts Center on June 21st to get to provide information and receive feedback from the public on potential projects and strategies to include in the Street and Highway plan. The plan will prioritize street and highway projects in the metro area through the year 2050.
