Dr. Nick Ralston, a biomedical researcher, will lead the discussion about major findings at the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Lab over the decades. The discussion will be presented for non-scientists as well as scientists in the community. This Living Room Discussion is in anticipation of the Empire Theatre Company's premiere of the comedy The Nut Lab, Feb. 12-21. This discussion is made possible by the Arts Re-grant program, through the City of GF.
