The North Dakota Human Rights Film Festival returns to the Empire Arts Center for afternoon and evening screenings of human rights and social justice films. The afternoon session runs 1:30 to 4:00pm. The evening session runs from 7:00 to 9:30pm. The evening session features the Grand Forks premiere of the Academy Award nominee for 2016 Best Documentary Feature, “ I Am Not Your Negro.” Following the screening, a discussion about racism and discrimination will take place. Hosted by The Human Family.

Tickets: $15 for all films | $10 for evening films only | $3 single admission for students/seniors
